Can't comment on effectiveness of the Gel pad since I didn't use it. L size was not standard L size but more M size. Therefore returned From touch and feel the overall quality didn't seem great but then again one needs to keep in mind the product cost which was around 40 AED.

Bought the shorts in a size large but lucky if they are a small. Very small sizing, if buying, buy a minimum of 2 sizes bigger.

Not a gel padded seat just a bit of foam. Extremely cheap quality.

It's alright, not like what I expected from Gel, the material seems sponge not Gel.
