Q: I have bsnl broadband connection with dsl modem,now i want to optical fiber via cable to dsl modem,can this conector helpful?

no this not your interet provided cable it poe power over ethernet used for ip phone ,ip cameras

Probably it will not work. The power adaptor output for this device is 48V 0.5A. The higher voltage is needed because of loss of voltage occurs while traversing through the Ethernet cable.
