I originally set out to buy cricket batting gloves, but the specific cricket brands I looked at were either unavailable in my size or priced far higher than I wanted to spend. That’s when I decided to try these Franklin Sports MLB Shok‑Sorb X batting gloves instead—and they’ve turned out to be a great choice for my soft ball cricket matches. These gloves are very comfortable with good padding in the palm area. Fits securely and provides solid grip while hitting. I've only used them for about 2 or 3 months so far over maybe 20 or so games (slow-pitch softball) but so far the quality seems good. I don't expect much in the way of durability at this price as most cheaper gloves start tearing at various seams in a year or so, but if I get that much use out of them I'll consider it a good value.

These are really nice batting gloves, they have a comfortable and sure grip with no bunching or cramping in the palm area & padding at the ridge of the palm to protect from blisters and take the sting out of miss-hit balls. My daughter is 13yo, we got the XSmall and they fit her perfect, just a little room at the tips for growth this season. They are padded in the palm-ridge area which helps with grip fatigue and vibration when she hits a ball. The wide velcro fastens securely and the wristband is smoothly sewn so it doesn't chafe. We are very happy with them.

size chart is accurate! the gloves fit perfectly. with the shok-sorb feature that decreases impact and protects my palms, i can go about rounds of batting practice with no worries of injuring or blistering my palm and fingers like before! love the colours and the design. i recommend these gloves to those who want a pair of good batting gloves without putting a hole in their wallets.

These are great gloves. The back/gold color scheme really adds to their overall appearance. It’s a good color if you’re not into the bright colors usually associated with some baseball equipment/gear. They fit perfectly- make sure you follow the measuring and size guide for best fit. These are one step above the basic batting gloves and good alternative to the ultra padded ones with little mobility. They have a good grip and minor padding around the palm area for excellent ergonomics. I would suggest getting them in a snug fit and allow them to naturally stretch out and form to your hands for a perfect fit - a loose glove might crease or rub, and potentially cause blisters. Great value at this price point.

Bought these in the UAE delivered internationally. Took 2 weeks. The fit is quite good on these and grips the metal bats well. The only thing is the thread finishing is not the best. It’s not breaking it’s just that the thread on the palm stitching shows. I can just skip it off but scared the whole lot will unravel! Good glove overall and happy with my purchase
