How Walt I was reading the reviews and thought it wouldn’t be good. When I received mine it was packeged and nothing was broken . There was even a small typed up note from the company. There is no noice what so ever . All is good. It is marble so you might want to be careful while Handel of both the roller and the Gua sha . On the other hand, Unfortunately while using the gua sha I was playing a video game with my brother and accidentally I dropped the Gua sha and it broke. A small piece. Always be careful while handling it :) also everyone is different. It might not work on your face or sit on your face properly b it that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work:) for best reviews for a slimmer face like you’ve probably seen on TikTok, use it consistently :)

the packaging was really cute!! i loved the roller and the gua sha, they both came in perfect condition. the roller doesn’t make any noise which is good, and the gua sha is perfect!! i really recommend for you guys to purchase this.. the package also came with a little note and instructions on one side. anyways i’m really happy i ordered this and it is 100% worth it. ❤️

The heart shape stone's shape.is.differnet than the picture. It is not perfectly sitting on the bones.but for.that price still okey. I am not sure if that is a real jade stone though. There are no manual, explanation or any branding on it. The roller is making sounds while.using.

It was good. The shape was perfectly fit on every angle of my face. Very soft to apply and very refreshing product.

The product looks that it has been used and open. The metal around it is already rusting, there are small details that is in the photo above and its not like the product I received.
