Have been using these for kickboxing and are great at keeping some grip on the mats while giving some mobility for chambers and twists. They can slip round a bit if you do need to twist your foot sometimes, but not the end of the world.I wish they were just that little bit higher up on the ankle though as they always feel like I want to pull them up a bit as sit more on the back of my foot. Only a touch lower than traditional ankle socks but enough that it can sometimes be a bit annoying

With mobility problems I use these in the shower and also going to the bathroom at night to prevent slipping on wooden floors. They make me feel much more secure. I just wish they were a little bit bigger but they are very good value.

I'm a uk size 4, this smallest size but these come up slightly large

I loved these until I went to a reformer pilates class. I then found them a little big and the grip was not the best. I've had much better socks. I'll try and shrink them and see if it helps

Bought them for barre and fitness yoga, don’t completely stop feet from sliding but are certainly better than bare feet or socks

I bought these socks for Aqua Aerobics as our local pool has blue lines down it & they are very slippy, I hurt my foot the 1st time in Aqua without any socks - so I bought these. I am normally a size 5 & 1/2 & they are a perfect fit. Snug enough for them not to come off when working out & big enough for them to be comfy. No more slipping in the pool for me - they are perfect & worth every penny. I tried Aqua shoes but they feel too heavy on my feet in the pool so I couldn’t work out properly. So these are the perfect solution. Brilliant!
