We needed this item quickly and upgraded to a faster shipping, which did get it here in a couple of days, but then it was not the thickness that was listed, being only 1/30" instead of 3/32". We thought it might be an honest error, so we called and asked them to send out another piece, which took about 5 days being over the weekend and it was the wrong thickness also. Called again and told them to cancel the order and they said they were going to pull the item from their products offered until they get it sorted out. One good point is that they always paid to have the wrong item picked up and sent back to them, both times, without any trouble.

Great product before it got shipped out with zero packaging to protect finish. Both sides of each one I ordered are full of deep scratches. That’s before mentioning how long it’s going to take me to remove all these shipping labels. Not happy!

It can be cut with scissors. Easy to work with.

For a plate that will be used for art projects, why do you cover 1 side with adhesive stickers very hard to remove? Took me 15 minutes & solvents I would not like to mix with paints. Maybe use of light tack identifiers would be a better practice.

The 1/16 sheet arrived straight, sandwiched between two larger pieces of cardboard. The length and width are both exactly 1/4" short of nominal - this appears to be a pattern based on other reviews. They should not advertise 36 +/- .25 if every single one comes out to 35.75". One side of the sheet was covered with oily gunk of unknown origin and both sides are full of scratches and blemishes (see pics). This will work OK in my application, but if you have any aesthetic requirements you'll want to look elsewhere.

Product is correct size. But scratches prevent desired light transition. Product was slightly warped but correctable. Use protective plastic sheets , cardboard sleeve and proper packaging material to eliminate these issues
