Good for Beginners
These shin pads are really good for beginners. You can kick fairly hard without it hurting the other person, however if you're being kicked by a pro i recommend getting higher quality shin pads. These still hurt if you get kicked hard, but most of the force is absorbed.The straps are very comfortable and make sure the pads do not slip.
