This tuna was recommended by Cooks Illustrated and they weren't wrong -- it's like I've never had tuna before. The taste is clean and fresh and it makes a wicked tuna salad or Salad Nicoise. It's not as inexpensive as the stuff at the grocery but one tin easily makes enough for my husband and I which isn't bad for a protein-heavy meal.

Top-rated Ortiz Tuna is not available in my local grocery store. From Amazon, the cost was reasonable and it was shipped quickly.

I really enjoy this tuna. It is flavorful straight from the can which is well packed. I did find two cans that were slightly dented, but the dents didn't break the seal on the tins. I will order this tuna again and I plan to try different Ortiz products.
