I've had digestive issues for years, finding no help from any doctor except MORE PRESCRIPTION meds with terrible side effects! Ugh! I take one capsule in the morning before bfast and one before dinner, along with a good probiotic, and I have no digestive problems anymore. They're great for weaning off prescription antacids for acid reflux or GERD. Oh, I also don't burp up ginger! I won't be without them! These are fabulous!

I had an adverse reaction to this but this tells me that it probably is doing what is is supposed to do. If it was as "fake" as so many other remedies are nowadays, I probably would not be reporting this now. BTW, my "adverse reaction" was mild abdominal pain. I have read a lot of good reports about the health benefits regarding ginger root.
