I love these. Some lozenges will upset my stomach because I can’t tolerate too much sugar. These are sugar free and my stomach doesn’t mind it a bit.

This product is JUST what I was looking for!! Only two ingredients and the first is (as it should be) Manuka honey!! It's 91% pure 12+ UMF Manuka Honey & 9% Maltodextrin (a natural vegetable source starch used to bind), with certified UMF 12+ and MGO 400+ which means a good rating of the power of the Manuaka honey. Now on to the taste: I think these things taste great!! They taste like Manuka honey, and isn't THAT the point? They don't taste overly sweet and fake like ALL the others. The texture is great too. It's kind of on the rough side. In other words, it's not a "smooth" drop, but I really like that because it stays in your mouth WHERE YOU WANT it, which might be under the tongue for a bit, or in your cheek. I like it because when a lozenge is too smooth it can be a choking hazard. There is no chance of that with this product. I have nothing but great things to say about this product. Any negative things your hear from others, well they are crazy, in my opinion. Buying more of these as I write this!!! Love them!!!

These lozenges are terrific. They are the only ones I have found that are not full of sugar, and that contain pure manuka honey. Great for a sore throat or a dry mouth. However, they are ridiculously expensive (because they contain manuka honey, which is pricey if it is the real deal.) Also, it's hard to just have one, so they get used up quickly. I wish that they would sell them in a package (for example, 5 boxes for a lower price.)

While I value the intended effect of the lozenges, I would not consider them "soothing" to my mouth or throat.

I was disappointed that when the lozenges came there was only half in each packet, at first I thought they had melted during shipment but they are still the same today .

These lozenges are awful. The taste and texture are bad, and they make my slightly sore throat worse. Though dated to use by 2026, they appear old. Maybe they were stored or transported incorrectly?
