I decided to take these for my hot flushes when i was taken off HRT. The first month i took one a day, which had little in pact, so i have been taking two a day now for a few months and although i still have some they are no where near as bad or as frequent.

I've tried lots of potions, diets etc, but these actually work! I'm a hot sleeper and as im now late 40s its become an issue... im continuously hot!!! These really help! No side affects for me and will deffo be ordering again x
