Five stars because it's better than the cost
I expected to open the package and find very low-quality snaps and pliers that might break quickly. Instead, I found snaps that I would rate 4/5 and tools that are definitely 5/5, particularly for the price. I have recommended this item to other people and if I ever lost my tools, I would definitely order this again.
