Ringside Heavy Duty Boxing Muay Thai Heavy Bag Hanger Chain and Swivel

I was surprised how gd quality it was, heavy duty, hold my big size wrecking ball boxing bag. And perfect length as well.I recommend it.

Currently getting the job done. My bag is still holding up after over a year.The carabiner attaches to a Ringside Steel I-Beam Heavy Bag Hanger (purchased through Amazon), which hangs on an i-beam in my basement.The chain is fairly long, so initially the standard punching bag was hanging low and almost touched the ground (the i-beam is hanging about 9ft tall). I went to Home Depot and purchased some mini carabiners to help shorten each individual chain. This brought the bag to a perfect height. I guess it's better to have the chains longer than shorter so I can make the appropriate adjustments.
