This is a soft solid, Eliza! Our soft solids have conditioners and moisturizing qualities, while our invisible solids have more odor fighting technology.

Our Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid Free & Sensitive will have an expiration date printed the box and the antiperspirants itself as well. We recommend applying 2-3 swipes under each arm. The number of days the 3 pack lasts can vary from person to person.
