Flatout Total Insanity (Xbox One)

BE CAREFUL
Average game with average graphics. This game currently has an unobtainable achievement for purchasing all cars in the game. However, there is a workaround:I believe there are two possible ways to still unlock this achievement, but you NEED to have the disc version for it to work, as the patch is preloaded into the digital version.1) As long as you have not already purchased the Gremlin DS for free after the patch, then you can safely uninstall the game from your hard drive, without having to delete your precious save data. Now, re-install the game offline, (this is version 1.02), load it up with your save data, and you should see the Gremlin DS is now 85k to purchase. If you have already bought every other car and this is your last one, (providing you have enough credits), then buy it now. This should give you 100% car purchases, but because you are offline the achievement won't register. So now, re-connect to Xbox live and load up the game. Providing the game syncs with Xbox live alright, then the achievement should pop in the loading screen, if not before.2) If you have already purchased the Gremlin DS after the patch (for free), then you will have to start all over again. This means uninstalling the game and deleting your save file. Now you need to play the career from scratch offline so not to sync with the save data you had on Xbox Live before. Once you have done all the requirements and purchased every car offline, then and only then would I recommend you sync to Xbox Live with it. Hopefully that will pop your achievement, but this is not the method I used, I used the one above, so I can't guarantee this will work for sure.

and i have to say i am pleased with flatout 4
I have been waiting for a flatout or a burnout game to come out on the xbox one for a while now, and i have to say i am pleased with flatout 4.I played flatout since xbox 360 so hours of fun were had so if you liked Flatout :Ultimate carnage then you need to get this game. The career mode is more of the same with unlockable drivers and cars to purchase and upgrade and the party mode takes a while to get used to as there are no real instructions with the game, there are some games brought over from the old games like baseball and an improved long jump as well as some new game modes i have yet to figure out. Five stars no question

Flatout only in name. Very Disappointing.
Did you like Flatout Ultimate Carnage on 360? Well this is nothing like it.I loved UC but this is terrible. Comic style graphics terrible game play. What a waste of money.Want destruction and bangers and crash try Wreckfest imho.

A Missed Opportunity
Flatout 3 was a good but flawed game and Flatout 4 was the chance to make a great game. Sadly this is just a shadow of what it could have been and is worse in almost every way than the previous version, addressing none of the problems and actually removing some of the best features. Unless you're a big fan of the franchise I wouldn't bother.
