Defective product. Disappointed by the brand.
I like the colour and trusted the brand but I was really disappointed by this product. I got a defective product. And when I complaint about the product they gave me another gel pencil liner n to my horror that was also defective. Now I am left with 2 defective piece of same color pencil liner. I am really really disappointed by the brand.

Perfect for winged eyeliner look
Very easy to use, even you are a beginner, you can easily make winged eyeliner drama to your eyes. Highly recommended!

Opened
Quality is ok. But product came without plastic packaging which is always present in new cosmetics. So wondering is it a tester piece or used piece?

Genuinely the best eyeliner I've ever used
Genuinely the best eyeliner I've ever used. I'm new to gel liners so I wasn't sure I'd get on with it well. I'll never go back to liquid liners now. This one is very black, doesn't print (I have slightly hooded eyes), doesn't smudge, doesn't fade and is the easiest to apply that I've ever experienced. I've never had such good luck with creating winged liner before and I've been winging eyeliner for 15 years. The brush is fantastic, I can create a subtle line or go dramatic, it's just really versatile. This is a must-have for me now, I highly recommend it and will purchase again.

Hello, gel liners!
I recently gave up using top liner because either kohl pencil eyeliners dragged my lid, or liquid liners bled into the lines of my eyelids. After watching some YouTube vids, I saw that 30+ ladies were using gel liners. I thought I'd give it a try and the reviews were good on this brand of liner. YES, this is the one for me! It takes patience to get a perfect line but it doesn't drag on my eyelids or bleed into the lines so it's a winner for me. The brush it comes with is great too, I've not used the thicker one as I like a thin line, but the thin end is soft and precise.

Takes a while to get the hang of
This is a really nice eyeliner. You get lots in the pot, it's REALLY highly pigmented for a proper opaque black, it wears relatively well (though not waterproof), it dries velvet matte (I was sick of shiny liquid eyeliner), and is easily removed with an oil cleanser or micellar water. It takes a bit of getting used to if you're used to felt tip liners. I'd say that the brush that comes with it is very average – it feels entirely the wrong shape for an eyeliner brush and can leave the product a bit smudgy and the lines uneven. You're better off using a small angled eyebrow brush (a cheap one will do, it's just about the shape). Dip it in the product, apply it to the back of your hand, and then drag both sides of the brush down in it to give you a sharp point. It makes it a lot easier to get crisp pigmented lines and to draw wings with what is a really great gel liner formula.

Never switching back to pen, pencil or liquid
I am so happy with gel eyeliner. I had never tried it before and struggle with eyeliner in general. Liquid runs down into the corner of my eyes but it gives a "deeper" colour. Pen and pencil need a few layers so there is a bigger margin for error. The gel just needs one layer and it's so easy to apply. It looks similar to liquid liner but so much easier. 5/5

Just as good as the more expensive brands
I've been using a more expensive brand for some time now, but thought I'd try this one out after seeing the price on a Black Friday deal. You CAN tell the difference, but not enough to justify paying nearly £20 more for the more posh brand. Its application feels thinner than the other brand, but that's not a bad thing - it feels lighter on the eye. Longevity isn't that much different either, and I dare say this one seems to last longer with less smudge. Easy enough to remove with a good makeup wipe. Quite like the applicator that comes with it too. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this product, and will probably think twice before forking out a near fortune on another brand.
