My nephew loves it so much he doesn’t want to get off of it

This was great size and height for my 1.5 year old but after only having it for 1 week the forward stopped working and he could only go in reverse and now the forward option also stopped working. So it broke after 1 week of "ride time" My son is only 1.5 so its not like he can ride it too hard.Very disappointed I spend so much money on a toy that lasted a week.

Update: I contacted their customer service, and their service was really nice and offered different options, I decided to receive a new ATV that is being shipped to me since my son loves playing with this. I will update again when I receive the ATV. I just almost passed the 180 day warranty, so I am happy they contacted me immediately.I got this in October to save for christmas for my 18 month old. We've had it not even 4 months and it no longer goes forward. I've seen this on many complaints on reviews. Don't purchase this out the protection plan! And wait for it to be on sale. I have attached the video of my son's atv where it will not go forward for those that don't understand what I mean. My husband believes it's a problem with the switch because all the wires are fine.
