Is this the real Wet Brush or a knock-off brand?

This brush is better than the wet brush. I had one and just bought another. It go right thru your hair very easy. Would highly recommend.

Is this brush electric?

No, it’s just a regular brush but the design of it helps to dry your hair faster than other brushes. I believe it’s the placement of the bristles and the slight curve of the head that distinguishes this type of brush from others. And if you want lift, you just move it from side to side as you dry.
