Q: Will this repair steel tubs ?

Q: Trying to fix a chip in the bowl of the sink. Will this flake off with frequent contact with water??

I used this to cover a scratch in my new bath tub. It's been 2 months and there are no signs of flaking off.

It is gel coat. The same material used over the fiberglass as on bots. I expect it would work but like tub or boat repair the surface of the damaged area must be sanded before adding the gel coat

Q: Mixed parts together one part did not mix well why .

I had the same problem. Don't know why. It was hard to mix, hard to "trowel" over the repair, and above else, didn't stick to my acrylic surface like the product claimed it is used for. Very disappointed with this product, and cannot recommend. Good luck!
