Not as good as the pictures you see on here.
I have to say, I own a lot of top quality adult colouring books, and I was a bit disappointed in this book. It’s the first in this series I’ve bought, and was going to buy more, but I will think I’ll pass.Reasons are as follows, the paper quality is a tad poor, but it’s the actual quality of the prints that disappoint, by that I mean these look more aimed at young teenagers, as the lines are pretty thick. One of the biggest bug bears for me though is many illustrations are on two pages, which in a paperback book just simply don’t work, having to struggle near the spine is not an enjoyable or comfortable experience.I will try a few, but I can’t see me filling this one, shame as the actual pictures on here look stunning, fine accurate lines for adults , when in reality There not.Shame was expecting way better.

Absolutely Stunning
The second of Kerby Rosanes colouring books, and just as magical as the first. The book is the same quality as the first - printed on both sides of quite good quality paper with some double sided illustrations. Again the book can be opened reasonably flat with work, and again some of the picture is lost into the spine: this is particularly annoying in some cases, for instance a double page butterfly that has its whole body in the spine. Coloured pencils work very well on the paper, but gel pens and fineliners bleed through the paper. The illustrations are once again superb and thankfully this time there are only a couple that ask me to draw. The fine detail is not as tiny as in the first book, but this makes it easier to blend and layer the colours. Mr Rosanes imagination is wonderful and paired with his artistic talent has created fantastic pictures that transport me into a whole new world full of familiar but strangely different sights. I will never tire of colouring these pictures as all the time I am discovering little additions that I didn't notice at first. A truly stunning book giving hours of delight.

Kerby's work is amazing!
I love Kerby's art style and they truly are a joy to colour. Imagimorpia has some lovely images that combine realism with doodles and character and it just works so well. I have only 2 issues which are minor. 1. The illustrations are back to back so I can't use my alcohol markers without ruining the peice behind it. Some of Kerby's books are blank behind each single page image so I'll just use markers in those instead.2. The double page spreads while beautiful, are difficult to lay flat, and some of the details get lost in the binding of the book. It's not the end of the world but it's a bit annoying that I have to manipulate the spine to get into them. If these books were bound to lie flat, they would be the perfect books!

Brilliant Book!
I absolutely love this book - the drawings have various themes and the detailing is amazing! The paper is very good quality - it's easy to build up quite a few layers with my Polychromos pencils, and I've also used Derwent Inktense with no bleed through, I've used water and a Tombow colourless blender to activate the Inktense pencils - there's a very little (hardly noticeable) buckling using water, and no buckling at all using the Tonbow blender pen to activate the Inktense.I've only had the book a short while, but I'm enjoying colouring it so much I've already finished a few of the pages. The only (small) niggle is the little ghost type figures & faces which have so far featured on every page - I think I'd have [referred it f these had been left out.I'd really recommend this

I colour in this almost every day.The pictures are so incredible, it lets your imagination run free.My favourite things about these books is that it feels like it can appeal to absolutely anybody regardless of age, gender, or personality.
