The Odyssey

Coming from a high school English teacher, this book is creative and accessible to all readers! The Odyssey is difficult is a difficult read, but a classic; this graphic novel makes it engaging and understandable for all readers. I highly recommend this book!

One of my favourite stories illustrated in a graphic novel format. The art is exceptional and the story speaks again in a way I never expected.

La edición es muy buena, es muy apegada a la historia original y el arte es bellísimo. Si sabes inglés y te gusta la mitología, es de los mejores autores que puedes conseguir.

This graphic novel was a perfect way to introduce my five year old son to reading and ancient Greek myths. The pictures allowed him to visualise the story and therefore better understand the plot. He could associate the text easily with the correct character as the pictures aided his understanding and at the same time helping maintain his interest in the story.The graphic novel is lengthy so it represented good value for money and allowed the author to retell Homer's epic in a thorough way. The artwork was skillfully drawn, however it was a little bland. But this is a very minor negative of what was overall, an excellent purchase.

I was shocked after I flipped a few pages. There are many naked pictures and pornography. Definitely not appropriate for young kids or youth. Need to return immediately.
