The Cricut gel pens I purchased on July 22, 2024 weren't working. When I contacted Cricut the rep told me since the purchase was from Amazon I had to contact them. The Cricut rep didn't offer any tips that could get the gel pens to release ink. Before returning the pens I tried shaking the pens and tapping the nib over and over on a pad of paper and finally the ink began to flow. If the pens continue to work I'll keep them, if not they'll be returned. I've purchased many Cricut pens over the years but this is the first time I've had problems with them.

Ink didn't last long, The Red & Green leaked at the bottom so Ink was everywhere, otherwise performed as expected.

I bought this pack two days ago, it arrived yesterday, I tried using it today, and the red pen ran out of ink within a couple minutes. The attached picture is literally all the ink that was in the pen. I thought maybe the paper sucked it up like a sponge, but the ink didn’t bleed through or anything. It’s pretty ridiculous. I hope that I just got a defective one or something, but based on my experience I’d say not worth the money if it can’t last more than nine words before it started to fade and was entirely gone in 33.

So-called "free Amazon returns" is a lie! Cricut doesn't use Amazon Returns! They want to handle it themselves, but don't! When you attempt to return to Cricut using Amazon Returns you are referred to calling Cricut. They don't answer. You use the Cricut website, you receive an email with no text! You call them, you get "Ted" saying you must get your refund from Amazon. Amazon can't. It took two months to finally get through the guardian of robot menus that don't answer questions or provide refunds for "refunds being handled by Cricut" and around and around you go! The Cricut machine is OK, but getting help or a refund, FORGET IT!!!
