Yes they are slightly, you can see it in the picture if you enlarge it.

From paper in the box when i bought mine "Lifetime limited warranty This product is warranted to be free of original defects in materials and/or workmanship. Q: Is this continental or luncheon size?

I really don't recall. It contained salad and dinner forks ,knifes, tea spoons ,table spoon. Regular sized EVERYTHING compared to my other set,just the weight is a bit light.

Q: Has anyone else experienced a problem with Rust?

I just bought this product in November 2018. The rust issue has NOT been resolved. Rust is appearing on the knives after the first wash! Disappointed.
