Great for stretching and workouts. This helps with sciatica that originates in the left leg. After working out it I put it back under my PC desk with a light fleecy cover on top for softness. I wish it were about 2 to 4 inches wider as it's 16" wide. Definitely worth the money given the quality. This is a buy-it-for-life product that is super easy to adjust.

Recommended to me by NHS physio when I consulted him about 20+ year injury resulting in swelling, pain, lymphoedema and vascular damage. I’m not saying it can reverse all that but it has significantly eased pain in all my joints (including pain in my back I hadn’t really registered). I feel far less fatigued. I use it on and off whilst at my standing desk. Even my daughter praises it! We both have connective tissue disorders so our joints are prone to injury and heal poorly. I fully recommend this. I would not get a cheaper version if you can avoid it. This feels sturdy and I reckon it will last. I’m not very heavy but my other half is tall and he still feels safe and secure. Go for it!
