The short - I'm getting married and my fiancé wants to have "long and thick hair" (her words) for the big day so she started growing it out. Product seems to work well for hair and nails but I found them hard to take due to their taste/ smell unfortunately. If that doesn't bother you then I would recommend!

Wow! It takes a couple weeks to notice the results but the first thing I noticed was that I was loving my hair after I would blow dry it. I'm not an expert and I was never able to replicate the body and bounce of a professional blow out but I started to notice how full my hair looked after simply blow drying it. I didn't have to tease the roots or use any dry-shampoo to give my roots lift! And, unlike products that wear out, my hair had body all day because it is my own hair and not enhanced with products :) I have also noticed my ponytails look more full and feel thicker at the base...makes days I don't feel like doimg my hair still "good hair days". LOVE this product and I will be taking this supplement for life!
