Avoid these sheets
There's no way that these are 400 thread count sheets. Shipped directly from India, the packaging contained virtually zero information about the sheets, and definitely no mention of thread count. They felt tissue-thin, and had a strong, vaguely chemical odor. A standard run through the washing machine eliminated the odor, but did nothing to improve the fabric quality. Unfortunately, since Amazon was not the seller, we are still waiting for our refund, after sending the sheets back to India. We ended up buying Amazon's own 400 thread count sheets instead, which are fine.

If I could I would give 4 1/2 stars
Overall this is a good product for the price. My only concern was that it had to be washed on gentle cycle but I emailed Pizuna and was informed that the set could be washed on regular cycle at up to 60 C. Nevertheless I washed the sheeets on gentle cycle, used cold water and tumbled dried on delicate cycle. The only issue I have is that the fitted sheet did shrink a little bit - I had tested the fit before washing. My feeling is that it might be a tight fit with 17" pockets - my mattress is 15" and the elastic still covered around the bottom - just a tuft in 2 corners that won't go down.Pros - good value for the money - extremely quick delivery - got it in 4 days from India - fast response to email question - less than a day turnaroundCons - did shrink slightly even when following washing instructions - though the manufacturer may have allowed for that in the fabricationOverall, 4 1/2 stars as just got them and have no idea what the longevity or wear will be like

Not bad, a little expensive for the quality.
The product arrived quickly and as described. The sheets are cotton with a touch of sateen, not thick or heavy but I would describe as a Summer weight. They do have a rather strong chemical smell but it washes out with detergent and fabric softener no problem which I did as soon as I received them. The sizing washed out as well leaving them nice and soft. I do find them on the expensive side ($62.99) for the thickness and quality.

Absolutely fabulous—I own four sets now. Having said that, a few notes you may find helpful . . .
So, to begin with, many of you may have noticed that some of the (advertised) colors seem off. More specifically, at least three of the colors— Ecru, Cream, Ivory—share the exact same photographs, so good luck predicting what you’ll get when you order one of those.HOWEVER, I have ordered (and returned) the ‘Ivory’ before, so I can tell you that at least that one is wrong: it’s NOT ivory; it’s a very distinct custard color. If you’re looking for actual ivory (i.e., a pale cream color without the yellow tint), then what you’ll want to order is the ‘NEW Ivory’. That one is accurate. So I now own a set each of New Ivory, New Rose, Moss Green, and—as of today—Rio Red.(Note: If we’re trusting the colors illustrated currently, the ‘New Rose’ appears to have been renamed ‘Rose pink’. It’s a dusty, vintage shade of rose. And I got the Pizuna ‘Moss Green’ from Amazon.com, as it wasn’t offered on Amazon.ca.)The Rio Red is outstanding—it looks just like the pictures. I got a set of Twin XL for my guest bed, and the color is deep and vibrant and rich, reminiscent of the ruby-red velvet that’s often used to line jewelry boxes.I’m a stickler for texture and thread count, so I’m impressed by the quality of these sheets for the price. (Although admittedly, you DO have to keep your eye on them over a period of time and get them on sale—today, the price of a set of Twin XL in Rio Red is nearly twice what it was when I ordered mine three days ago.) The weave is nice and tight and strong, and the fabric is thick enough that you can actually FEEL the thickness between two fingers. Your hand is not remotely visible through the sheet. Also, the subtle sheen on the top side of the sheet is a really nice touch.NONE of the 400-thread-count, long-staple, 100% cotton Pizuna sheets I own have pilled or started stripping, as will happen over time when synthetic fibers (e.g., polyester) are blended with the cotton, or in any way remotely changed in appearance in more than a year. Wash after wash, they’re all still crisp and smooth and solid and look high-end—better than some hotel sheets I've seen—so I would suspect that the folks who are complaining about the quality did NOT get an authentic set of Pizunas. As for the smell that some people have referred to . . . Yes, some sets may smell a little strongly right out of the package—while some smell hardly at all—but that smell easily comes out in a single wash. (And who uses bed sheets without washing them first anyway?!) No inordinate or extraordinary fumigation measures necessary.

Great product for the price.
Hard to find cotton sheets that are reasonably priced. The cream color is very nice, the fitted sheet is deep enough for my 14" mattress, and the flat sheet is much larger than my previous one (no more fighting over it!). The sheets felt a little bit rough at the start, but have softened over time. A great product for the price, and their customer service reached out to make sure I was satisfied. Quite impressed.
