I bought one of your products for my tablet kindle 7in. Yesterday from Amazon, this came today.I was looking forward to using this product specifically at my work place.The main reason for acquiring your fairly expensive case, was for the hand strap for the product which would come in handy for my one hand use as I'm working around the office.Imagine my DISPLEASURE in receiving this product without the STATED HAND STRAP.Extremely disappointed considering this was £16.95 nearly £17.00 very annoyed customer. Very timely delivery and does fit the 7" tablet we purchased it for, it is a little bit clunky trying to get to the relevant buttons and the tablet needs removing in order to charge it - but then I suppose this is a draw back of a universal case - when on though it does do it's job.All this said the most inspiring thing about the whole purchase is the company that are selling them, very refreshing in regards to the information sent and there outlook on returns etc...I would defiantly buy again from these in the future - product 4 stars - retailer 5

It's hard to fairly rate a universal case that is well made and protects the device but, the volume controls and power button, on my device were in contact with the sides of the case causing unwanted results. The USB charging port was also covered requiring the device to be removed to be charged. A shame as the strap is a great feature and the corner protection is good. Returned without hassle.

Bought for my 7inch kindle fire. Not heavy duty but very flexible making it flimsy. Covers the button making it interfere with them. Have to take it off to charge it and to press the buttons on the side. Wouldn't say it's cheap but definitely not heavy duty in my opinion.

Only give 1 as cant give lowerWas told it would fit 7 inch tablet. 5mm oversized all round for tablet. Said tablet has now got broken screen because it was knocked off table while in this case. While i was looking for original case. Result - a very upset nephew because his new tablet is broken. Thank you soo much. I now have to fork out more money to get it repaired
