Shimano SM-RT66 SLX 6-Bolt Disc Brake Rotor (180-mm)

I read a lot about other brands warping from heat but Not These ! THE KEY is when you install these Know what you are doing . Make sure you line the break pads to where the rotor free spins and does not rub. If you dont have a small tiny gap or more from the rotor to break caliper then it will run causing heat and cant cool off . So it will end up warping . They work great and my drift trike goes 32 mph with my 250 lb self . So I compress it pretty hard for a good distance and it hasnt warped . Great rotor for the money

Very good quality product, very quiet and smooth performance, good response to brake and speed, very satisfied!

I purchased theses Shimano rotors to assure that I would get a high quality product…and because they were implied to be made in Japan by the photo in the ad. The rotors are reasonably good, with a manageable amount of runout…not perfect, but OK. But the rotors I received are labeled, ‘made in China’. That was disappointing to me. I do trust that they are real Shimano parts, and the quality is fine. BTW, I put these rotors on my Pedego Interceptor electric bike which is fast and heavy. I’m trying organic pads, and they seemed to be good on the test ride. No squealing and decent stopping power (after bedding in).

Was 'mostly' flat when it arrived, not perfect, but also not a problem. That said, I would definitely buy again. I used these to replace some of those overpriced Shimano 'Ice-tech' rotors that ate a stick and was bent.

Great rotors.These are great rotors made of a single piece of steel. Yet very light.On the trail it is running super quiet with my XT brakes, stopping power is more than enough, and modulation can be adjusted to personal liking.No complain, great performance for great value.

Excellent rotor, true and light. Mated this with a Shimano Zee caliper and stopping is quick and solid. I will definitely buy these again. Comes with 6 fixing bolts, and 3 double washers (you don't need them), and of course the 180mm rotor. I also purchased a 160mm rotor for the rear.

The media could not be loaded. Received my order expecting the shimano brake disc to be in the shimano box. Thought it was odd the box had been damaged /opened before I took it out of the Amazon package
