It irritated my skin. I tried it twice. once with no lightening results so I went for their maximum recommended results and It made my skin red. and irritated.

Does it work for lightening eyebrows a little?

Not for use on eyebrows. You get in your eyes - bad news.

Does this bleach your hair

yes it does but becareful with how long you leave it on or it will be too blonde
