this is an overall great dressing. the silver clearly adds to the success of keeping the wound clean and bacteria free. adhesive sticks solid, and will last a few days if you are not changing more frequently.

My husband is a paraplegic and had pressure sores from not being able to stand or walk. These dressings although expensive work exceptionally well. They have silver in them and silver is a natural antibiotic and helps considerably with healing. I recommend them highly if someone has wounds that are hard to heal.

Great product for the price. After spending half the $70 for a famous brand for twice the amount of bandages I'd purchase these again, if I ever need them.
