Excellent. Sturdy. Easy to put together. Fast. Does a great job on thicker fabrics perfect for daily use. Heats up fast and gives better results than the ones more expensive I had before. I definitely recommend it instead of an iron.

Steam pipe shud b hard material so it duznt bend and block the flow of steam
Steamer duct from where the steam comes out leaks the steam from sides and it becomes so hot tht cannot carry it plus the pipe get twisted and makes it difficult for the steam to have a proper flow

Got damaged easily.
Very disappointed with this product. We bought it last April1 and with just less than 2 months of usage the hose connecting the main compartment and steamer got damaged. Now we cannot use it anymore because the steam is coming out from the damaged (cut) hose. Not worth the price.
