They are big but have the desired effect. My husband’s bloodwork comes back wonderful with the help of these vitamins He has low Vit D and Low Magnesium even with a good diet. At 51 years old, these have been helping.

There used to be a website that analyzed various supplements in the lab and reported on their contents. This multivitamin was in the top 5 in that it included all of the ingredients and had very low or no levels of harmful additives. I've been taking these for many years and I hope they never stop making them. They don't cause me any stomach upset. As far as stickiness, smell and taste, they aren't any worse than any other multivitamin on the market. I recommend this item!
