smoking wood chunks, ("chunks") don't fall thru grates

Q: Aren’t kiln dried woods to dry? Do They produce think smoke?.

Your supposed to soak them. But that produces dirty smoke. Burn then dry and they burn up like nothing. I wouldn’t recommend honestly.
