We use a lot of Kapton tape in electronics work. This tape hold up and works well. It arrived on time and in good condition. Would recommend.

You can use this tape to cover the power disable pin on your SAS HDDs. I couldn't boot the hard drives for my Unraid server until I learned about the power disable pin; this tape was recommended as an easy solution. Unlike electrical tape, this tape is thin enough to usually stay in place when connecting and disconnecting cables. I recommend using a pair of scissors to initially cut the tape to a small size. You can then apply the tape to the pin and use a hobby knife to cut away the excess. I found tweezers to be extremely helpful during the tape application process.

A must have for electronics work and especially for anything 3D Printer related. I like the added layer of protection when building small electronics that can be exposed to high heat like protecting a Raspberry Pi from shorting on a screw. I also found that this stuff works great as a heat shielding on wires near heat sources on my 3D Printer.

This is NOT the gold thick style tape I thought it was, it's very thin and clear yellow-ish. It'll work the same but I thought it was the thick gold stuff bythe pic, I guess I should learn my tape terminology LOL. I won't dock it any stars of course for my screw up but I'll never use all of this in my lifetime lol.

i rarely use this stuff, but when you need it, you need it. i like the fact that they put together this small selection of different widths, so i can have a little of each on hand for when i need it and not have to be buying a 2" roll and trying to slice ribbons off of it.
