Will this remove other brands of emulsions like Ulano Proclaim?

Nope. It's terrible at even removing it's own brand of emulsion

I have the Daler Rowney System 3 screen printing set, do you know if this would remove the emulsion for this?

I don't know but it was terrible at removing photo emulsion in general.

How much remover is needed to clean 1 entire screen?

I painted it on with an old brush and let it sit for a few minutes (occasionally moving the remover around with the brush). I can clean approx. 10 screens (12x14) from it doing it this way rather than brushing it in and rinsing right away.
