Very good product

The spatula is so thin & heats up more than the wax & burns the skin..wax also doesn't come out when you pull the strips. I am very disappointed by this purchase

I was happy with the deal. The wax and strips are good. Unfortunately, the wax heater stopped working during the first use itself. It is of poor quality. Once, it started heating up, the plastic started melting, the whole tub sank and the it sparked up. I can't use it anymore. You could rather go for a better quality wax heater separately.
