I can actually see the difference when using this toner. It has a bit thicker than water consistency and you can feel it gently staying on your skin before it dries - maybe because of the tactile feedback I just like to use this toner more than others.

This is just a great toner - I love Korean beauty and was looking for a replacement for some of the harsher toners that Western beauty brands have. This is a good mix of effective and exfoliating, but also pretty gentle and doesn’t tighten the face. I have oily skin but would say this is OK for oily to combination.

It feels refreshing and hydrating without being too sticky. Loved it!!!

Slightly fragranced but very hydrating if you don’t mind the floral scent.

I cannot believe the difference this has made to my skin in terms of hydration, you can layer it also I recommend splashing this onto your face with your hands.

Love this toner! Will be an immediate repurchase once I run out. I had tried the centella toner but that was definitely not as good as this haru haru one. This toner really helps the other skincare products like snail mucin, moisturiser and face oil really sink in, whereas the centella one just felt like it was sitting on top instead of being absorbed in.
