Precision paring.
This is the perfect paring knife for me. I have bought WUSTHOF knives recently to upgrade my old knives and this one is also of great quality. It fits well in my hand and is fabulous to handle paring fruits and vegetables. I love the slight cresent design of the blade which makes paring a cinch. I have peeled apples, potatoes, and other items and my hand does not feel stressed because of its sharpness. Pricey, but Wusthof quality which I like

So sharp and smooth. Works great! This is the best brand of knives ever. Own several. Be careful how you hold/use this otherwise you'll do a number on your knuckles.

Excellent knife
Great little knife! Makes peeling potatoes a breeze. It's very sharp so be careful until your used to it. It's a great size for my hand.

I use this knife for fruit and such. Works well.
This knife is handy, but requires some finish whetting. It is better than other knives of the same type. With a little care, it should be good.

Small but mighty is definitely the phrase for this knife! Love using it for all the fruits we’re peeling or cutting up for my toddler. It’s also so great for different veggies - think mushroom, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots even!

Die leicht gebogene Klinge ist ideal zum Schälen von Gemüse und Obst – sie gleitet sauber durch die Schale, ohne das Schnittgut zu beschädigen. Das Messer liegt hervorragend in der Hand, ist weder zu leicht noch zu schwer und bietet dadurch optimale Kontrolle. Besonders positiv: rostfreier Stahl und ein ergonomischer Griff, der auch bei längerer Nutzung angenehm bleibt. Fazit: Wer ein langlebiges, scharfes und handlich ausgewogenes Gemüsemesser sucht, trifft mit diesem Wüsthof-Modell eine hervorragende Wahl. Ein Werkzeug, das man täglich nutzt und nicht mehr missen möchte.
