Great bowl scraper. Bought it to use with making bread. It is sturdy and can easily scrape bowls, shape and through dough. Perfect size and feels nice in your hand.

Exactly what I was looking for...after few other plastic scrapers, this is perfect. Glides on my silicone dough mat without much resistance, as plastic scrapers were bit hesitant to move at certain holding angle. Also the slight edge bends of this scraper is perfect with sturdy metal within to be able to work the dough. I love the curve on one side for bowl scraping, and straight edge for dough cutting and flat surface scraping. Best of all, fantastic value for food grade silicone.

The dough scraper is great! The wet dough does not stick to it and no matter the size or shape of the bowl, there is a contour shape on the scraper that fits. I like the large size, it fits in your hand with plenty of scraper left to do its job.

Perfect size for my baking needs. I like the sharp edge for cutting dough though I would prefer it be a little bit more flexible to mold to my bowls. It is rigid and will take a strong hand to bend as needed which I don't have. It cleans up well and I even put it on the top shelf of my dishwasher. I withheld one star because it is so stiff. Otherwise I'd recommend it for most cooking needs.

Works great, love the flexibility yet sturdiness. Easy to clean. Great value and super affordable. So much better than the one that came in my sourdough kit.

Easy to use. Didn't know if I would like the soft rubber, but I like it better than the stiff plastic scrapers. For me, I like how it handles.
