Great for prop of one time use
This is great for a prop, decoration, or 1 time use. It's not very durable, the screws keep coming loose and you have to be very careful with it. So for an item that is used often, it doesn't last. And the most annoying thing is that the dry-erase stains fast, and if you leave it on for a while if you're using it repeatedly it stays on permanently. Mine is ruined, I took soap, bleach and alcohol and the dry erase won't come off...

Don’t use the markers they say to
This thing sucks. The markers do not erase. I tried regular whiteboard markers and they worked perfectly fine. This thing is stained, falling apart. Just cheap plastic. Do not buy

It'll get you by in a pinch
It's cheap and a piece of crap. It stains very easily and it's near impossible to erase what you write on it even with the markers and eraser they give you. But if you just need one quick for a little shoot, it'll do the trick.

Started falling apart after barely a day
This would and should get zero stars. I used it for about half a day and the backing for the screws at the top fell off. Pictures are attached. By the end of the shoot you can see in the other picture that the lines started to come off through use. This was used for barely 2 days. I would recommend not purchasing. According to Amazon, it contains flammable items and can't be returned. So if you buy it, you will be stuck with it.

Don't use the markers they come with
the clapboard itself is okay but the markers that it comes with are awful, as soon as I wrote with it, it didn't erase I mights as well have written with a sharpie, I also bought white board cleaning spray and the marker still didn't come off finally I resorted to rubbing alcohol and while the marker came off so did the lines that were on the board.

Meh
I bought this product twice because it kept coming apart! The screws kept getting loose and falling out and would completely fall apart. Granted, it’s easy to screw back in. But when you are on set, and it’s crunch time, you don’t have time to keep fiddling with the slate..

It’s a good slate if you never want to erase what you have
The markets aren’t erasable, not even a Clorox wipe can do the trick it’s ridiculous.
