ChurchillParadise Birds Penguin Fine China Gift Coffee Mug, Made In England

I really like the design of the penguin, but I know fine English bone china and this is not. It is standard ceramic. It is about 13.5 oz to the tip of the rim, which was a huge disappointment as I was looking to replace a large Polish pottery mug that cracked. I use it for my coffee with milk every morning. I was also disappointed and surprised it wasn't broken when it arrived, although sooner than expected, wrapped in only a brown paper "Wholefoods" shopping bag with no cushioning what so ever. I would be a bit leary of a company that doesn't even bother to pack an item properly.
