So the one on the right with the blue ribbon is actual cobalt glass. The cup and the middle bottle were sprayed about 8-10 times. The cup was sprayed twice then sat overnight then sprayed again. The bottle was sprayed 8 times waiting 1 min in between coats. So safe to say this does what it says. The green tape is there to make cool patterns. I’ll take another photo when I take it off :) but damn go krylon. Make sure to shake the can for two min before first application. Wipe the nozel between coats. Always try to coat as light and sheer as possible or else it becomes a clumpy mess You have to wait 24 hours before it turns cobalt They are beautiful! Bought another can someone I can do it to a million more things!

Works well. Used multiple coats to cover olive oil sprayer glass bottle to protect light sensitive oil. 3 coats gave good color density that matches cobalt glass (like dry goods canisters). Gave good coverage on every coat without drips or runs.

This product does not spray blue. I ask the seller a ? about the other reviews on the color issue. The seller ask for a link to the 2 out 3 reviews about the color. I sent the link and the seller never responded. I went ahead and purchased the paint, because it was Krylon brand. However, it sprays purple not cobalt blue. I needed a blue glass bowl for a project. I wish I had purchased a real cobalt blue bowl. This product is a failure, if seeking cobalt blue. Update; to be honest. What I found is 1 coat is not enough. The color I was trying to achieve came about after about 10 coats. See photos.
