I wanted something to use at home that would make my life easier. This thing is so flimsy, the bowl warps with barely much pressure so I'm concerned with it cracking. The utensils bend too because they are so thin. The wood lid is splintery so I have to be careful while handling it. The spoons don't come out of the lid very easily and break easily as can be seen in the picture (was trying to get the spoon out of the lid, spoon came unstuck and went flying to the floor where one of the tines broke). Not happy I spent money on basically junk. :(Update: I had posted this review about a month ago but took it down in hopes of getting a refund from the company, but I suspect I'm being scammed. >_> It came from a "Amaris Koppe" via a gmail account (not through Amazon) and asked that I remove the review in exchange for a refund. They only offered an Amazon gift card or Paypal refund, however, which I find incredibly sketchy. If the company wants to offer me a refund for their product in favor of me removing my negative review, they can do so THROUGH AMAZON. I'm not risking my personal info to someone that I have no guarantee is actually from this company. Buyers beware of sketchy scams!

The second product cracked. The first one arrived for a Christmas gift but was missing the utensils. Finally got it replaced snd now the 2nd item cracked. But it’s past the return date. Not really fair since Christmas gift sat under the tree and then when received this 2nd one is defective.

I ordered this as a gift for Christmas so I’m extra disappointed that the lid does not fit nor does it stay on the bowl. I’m not expecting it to be a super tight seal but to at least sit properly on the bowl... it’s a good sized bowl especially for a medium salad to serve.

Was asked to bring a salad to a small dinner party. Bought this to give as a gift with my salad. It was perfect. Good quality and looks simple and clean and great.

I bought this salad bowl as a gift for a male friend that hosts get togethers. The price was right. The bowl is large for salads. And it is most definitely "manly looking" enough for a guys kitchen. It was delivered quickly without any damage to the box it came in. I love the wooden lid with built in holders for the salad utensils.

When I went to take the salad out of the fridge, I noticed the top had warped, allowing moisture inside, which then grew mold on the top. I wanted to love this bowl but I will be throwing it away now.

It is perfect size for tossing salad. I wanted a bowl with a lid for that purpose but after one use the lid cracked. We didn't even use it as a chopping board.

I really love this bowl. It’s really great in size, easy to store and clean.
