Favorite Cookbook!
I have hundreds of cookbooks and Jam Bake it one of my all-time favorites. I have probably made half of the recipes in the book at this point and they are all flawless. Highlights include the cheesecake scones, the coffeecake, the empire cookies, the negroni jam....I could go on and on. I give this book as a gift all of the time and people love it. It's so good!

perfect book for beginners and the only jam book you need
I have made grapefruit, tangerine, servile marmalade, and forced rhubarb and cherry jam. I have never made jam before and stumbled across Jam Bake and Camilla and honestly its a great book I highly recommend it. The book talks you through all the stages of jam making from equipment, persevering, preparing jars, and flavor pairings.

This book is worth every penny.
I have this book and bought one as a gift. Camilla Wynne not only is an expert on preserving, but describes her trade in a delightful way. Her stories are amusing and her recipes never fail. If you like making jams jellies and marmalade and chutney, this book is for you.I also have her book Preservation Society Home Preserves which is fabulous!
