Not good enough
So tired of what passes for auto parts these days. The torque spec for the steering shaft bolts is 28lbs on my truck, I torqued mine to 35 because I had a long extension that may have taken some of the torque away, and it was still loose enough to wobble around. After wrenching on it with the might of Zeus, probably getting near 50lbs+ it seems to be holding okay. But it's unacceptable to machine a "new" part so far out of spec that you need to alter the torque for the fasteners. Dorman is for the poorman and should be avoided when possible, that goes for all Dorman parts.I'm a professional technician, and have replaced a steering shaft before without issue. And yes I lined up the bolt notches, cleaned the mating surfaces, and used loctite.

Expensive but fits
Fit my 07 Mitsubishi Raider (Dakota Clone). I tried a $35 part from ebay first, but it was not machined correctly and thus would not fit. The rubber is thinner on this than on the original. Time will tell how long it lasts. Made in China.

Fixed loose steering wheel issue at a reasonable price
Easy to install in my 06 Mitsubishi Raider. Fixed loose steering wheel issue I had. Now just gotta see how long it lasts.

600 miles and stiff spots
1 week of 600 miles use and this already has stiff spots. Don't bother.

Easy to install
Easy to install, just two bolts to remove. This fit right in place and used the original bolts. Took the play out of the steering on my 2005 Dakota.Note: just installed on the day of this review so we'll see how it holds up.
