This block hurts, you can feel the solid piece of wood with its hard sharp edges through the thin foam around it. Not to mention mine came with sticky glue all over the outer cover, and the zipper also came busted. It is a shame because I really needed one and went for this one because it was less expensive then professional pelvic blocks and I can’t use it because it hurts. Not worth it.

I partially blame myself for missing the detail that these are sold individually!!!! Who buys just one? I really liked the price, but that is when I thought I was getting two. I never would have bought it otherwise. Need to return, take the loss and shop again. When I called 3B, they would not help since I bought on Amazon :-(
