These fans are EXTREMELY loud, far exceeding the stated 28dba noise level. I personally measured them in excess of 48dba. Considering these were to replace a failed unit in a wine cooler, this noise level was simply unacceptable and they're being returned immediately. Very disappointed in the quality/noise of them.

I bought this to replace a broken fan on my 12 volt fridge. Fits perfect, keeps unit cool. noise level is acceptable.

Worked perfectly, nice and quiet. It could use to push a little more air I think, but for a typical computer system it will do just fine.

installed two in a tractor cab for heat circulating on windshield.worked and blows just enough warm air tom keep wind shield frost free.

I ordered these fans to help with cooling of my RV fridge. They do help.
