Are the colors the same as shown in illustration?

At first they are but on mine the colors have faded. Probably due to my desk lamp or handling. I am not sure.

How many inches long and wide is it...and can the stickers be removed without damaging it..

It's about 5 inches long, 3 inches wide & 2 1/2 inches thick. I used warm soapy water and a washcloth to get the stickers off. No problem.

Does it have the spells on the other side?

I am an Art/Deco Egyptian enthusiast but not a follower of Egyptian Spiritual lore. To answer your question: there are inscriptions underneath the scarab however, I cannot verify as to the origin or indications. The scarab is a beautiful piece........
