One fantastic piece of equipment charges my iPhone 2 times from flat to full and after quite a few drops it works perfectly and shows little to no damage it’s slim design allows for me to slip it in my pocket and take anywhere

Well made and a lot of power. Rather slow in charging my Kindle. Quicker on my phone (Samsung SE10e). Also rather rather slow in recharging. Doesn't get hot whilst in use. It's rather bigger and heavier than my last power bank (a different make). I use it around the house and on extended trips, but have found something smaller and more handbag-friendly for day trips outside the home.Disappointingly the Power Bank stopped charging my phone after a couple of months. Anker were quick in replacing the faulty device, using my Amazon invoice as proof of purchase. The online form was a bit fiddly (couldn't attach a pdf of the invoice, needed a jpg instead), but otherwise no complaints. Communication was swift and a replacement was received within a couple of days of my completed report.

I have bought several of these by Anker for not only myself but for other members of the family. They hold the charge really well, they are on the heavy size, however this doe not bother me. You can charge two devices at the same time and has a battery life light display to show how much charge is left. Highly Recommend.

We bought this for a trip to the States as I find that roaming kills the battery on my phone. Easily charges an iPhone Pro a couple of times without having to recharge the bank - and fast too! Also kept the kid's tablet going when the battery was almost dead. Only issue I found was that it took a long time to recharge the bank using a US socket, but could have been a dodgy adaptor. Charges fine at home and in the EU. I take it everywhere with me now.

Greatest product everyone very useful in day yo day life

While this was bought in 2023 it has been used solely on holidays, so charged up perhaps a dozen times in that period. As at May 2025 it stopped working. It will accept a charge and the lights illuminate but will not charge other devices despite multiple cables being tried. Outside Anker's 18 month warranty so a waste of money. Despite Anker's usually reliable name I'd avoid this particular product and look elsewhere as this is not the only review that mentions this problem.

I don't really have anything to dislike.I bought it to fit in a pouch in an Alpaka Bravo Sling V2 which I got for my iPad Pro and I have used it a lot to charge the iPad and iPhone both in the pouch using the charging port and directly.It's fast, not too bulky and looks to fit well with FAA retrictions on battery size in flights.It also doesn't get hot when being used, therefore seems perfect for charging out of pockets or as in my case from the bag I have with the charging port (you can connect the charger inside the pack from a pocket and then plug a cable in for charging to the external port).
