I need a smaller length roll of either 8" or 12" : polyethylene Clear polyethylene 500’ long; 2 mil thickness; 22” (55.8cm) diameter Can you help?

We don't offer a smaller length roll but this is designed to be cut to the lenth you need. If you only need 200' just roll out that amount and cut, save the rest for later use.

Seems this should be 22" wide, not diameter, right? Diameter is 14" max, making a 44" circumference or 2 x 22" (folded flat)

It fit perfectly on my machine that has a 12" discharge. It is 14", not 22" when in the tubular shape.

Does this come with instructions to mount it on the fan? How it fixed to it?

We simply use duct tape or shrink wrap tape. A couple small pieces to hold it to the fan and then wrap the circumference.

Can this be used on runs with bends? How do I secure it so I can ventilate out a window?

It can curve around a corner but probably won't work on a 90 degree bend. As far as securing it, maybe duct tape.

tempory air ducting

Great for creating a negative pressure area in a house when used with floor blowers. We use several air floor blowers to create the negative pressure within an area so that when we are doing sheet rock sanding or painting that the fumes or the air particles are removed from the area instead of spreading through out the area with the internal air system.

I got this ducting for stock & have not yet ...

I got this ducting for stock & have not yet used any of it. It appears to be adequate for our negative air machine that we use in occupied buildings that have strict dust policies such as hospitals.

The product itself is probably good enough to do temporary ducting but if you buy something new you expect a new product. It came partially unrolled and very dusty.
